Guarantees to DonorsWritten agreement Management of a donation can be specified in a form of written agreement defying a purpose, terms, decision making process, etc. The conditions are agreed on by both sides - the donor and the Ekopolis Foundation. The Ekopolis Foundation informs the public of all donations in its Annual Reports and on the web page. The Financial report, a component of the Annual Report, includes a balance sheet, report of an independent auditor and detailed list of grants awarded during the particular year. The Ekopolis Foundation is opened to provide information about its activities and financial management to any individual if desired. To donors who supported the Foundation with an amount of more than 50.000 SKK (1280 EUR) and expressed their interest the donation management can be reported regularly in a written or verbal form. An independent auditor reviews the management if the Ekopolis Foundation’s funds and verifies that the accounting reflects the reality and is in agreement with legislation. The auditor’s report is released in the Annual Report of the Ekopolis Foundation. 13 years of experience with the Ekopolis Foundation can be counted also among the guarantees for donors. The Foundation has proved its ability to fulfill the liabilities to its donors and the intention to develop long-term partnerships based on mutual trust with its supporters. |
